TurnRight, Inc. was born out of the decades of experience our parent company, Turnaround, Inc. acquired. Turnaround, Inc. is one of the leading crisis and interim management consulting companies in the country. They have worked with under-performing companies and failing companies for more than two decades.
It was the realization that 95% of the companies that Turnaround assisted did not have to be going through the reorganizations and bankruptcies they were that prompted the start of TurnRight, Inc. If the companies and their management had just taken a few different turns, a “few right turns”, had availed themselves to the knowledge and experience of professionals that knew what should and should not be done during various stages of an organization’s life, they would not have had to employ Turnaround, Inc.
TurnRight’s goal is to prevent organizations from having to employ crisis consultants, to risk having their business fail. TurnRight’s goal is to share the lessons learned during the last few decades with management teams that want to be successful and eliminate wrong turns, false starts or maybe just want to improve their performance.
